By purchasing these photography wallpapers, you acknowledge that you fully understand and agree to the following terms:

License Grant

- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal use license to use the purchased wallpaper files on your personal devices.

- All intellectual property rights and copyrights remain with MT Design and Dynamics LLC.

Permitted Uses

- Installation as wallpaper/background on your personal computers, tablets, smartphones, and other personal devices.

- Storage on your personal devices for the purpose of display as wallpaper.

Prohibited Uses

- Sharing, reselling, redistributing, or transferring the files to any third party.

- Uploading the files to any websites, social media platforms, cloud storage services intended for sharing, or any public/private sharing spaces.

- Creating derivative works, including but not limited to: modifying, editing, remixing, cropping, or combining with other media.

- Using the wallpapers for any commercial purposes, including but not limited to: advertising, marketing materials, product sales, or content creation for profit.

- Using the images in print form for any purpose.

- All photos are prohibited for AI training, model development, or any form of machine learning purposes.

Termination

- This license automatically terminates upon any breach of these terms.

- Upon termination, you must cease all use of the files and delete all copies.

Legal Remedies

- Violation of these terms may result in legal action, license termination, and claims for damages.
